Agnes is mum to Sue, Alan and John Reilly and Grandmother to James. Alan unfortunately died not long after he was born (10 months old) and remains on the family plot in Freetown Sierra Leone. She never fully recovered from the deaths of her two brothers Louis and Stephen some years back, and more so her sister Nancy who died just a few weeks ago was a massive blow to her. Her close (also closest geographically) friends of later years were her neighbours, with her best friends being Sue (daughter), Nina and Geoff, Pat and Mick, Barbara and Len (next door neighbours), as her ability to get around had diminished in the last 7 years. However lets not forget her very good friend Fr. Tom, who will preside over her requiem mass on the 3rd. Let No human ask for her time on a Friday, as Friday was when Fr Tom came to see her! With out these, and numerous other peoples support, help, friendship, phone calls, odd visits, we know that our mum would never have survived so long. Your love and support gave her reasons to go on another day. Who did she always talk about (apart from the above) ... well that would be Frank Solomon and our auntie (his mother)the girls (her daughters), Auntie Rose and her family, Kibon and all the family members, Saad and all their family members), Auntie Pat and her family Josie, Jenny, Jan, Stuart, All the kids and grand kids. Where are Louis and Stephens kids would pop into conversation .. If you are not on here .. forgive my memory please, as we heard stories about everyone, and know some ourselves ! Mum was a strong minded woman, but showed her love in various ways to everyone. I hope you will add all the quirky funny stuff you know about her on this memorial site. Its for your memories about her, and ... a word of caution ... she will be reading it and I am sure pop in to tell you her thoughts if she does not agree !! Sue and John - two very sad kids .... xx
