Its a good idea ... after a very successful BBQ during the previous summer ... lets do another one ... Jenny and Keith her niece and nephew (in law) also thought it was a good idea .. lets get her out for a BBQ .. some beer - food - and wine - and spend some time with her .... if we also see if Donna, John, Natts, and Chris are available then ... OK maybe we need a truck for the beer :) :) .. so lets just pop up on our own then .... so we did ... BBQ 1 was a huge success as the weather was great, sunny, warm, and we all sat outside until the late hours (which is about 6.30 for mum).. However - this is summer in the UK .. the great British summer, and it was cold and raining ... not just raining .. pouring down. But a BBQ has been ordered, a BBQ is going to be delivered. So beer - wine - meat - Jenny Sandra and Keith in hand - we all go for a BBQ. With the weather as it was - there is no way that batty is going outside ... as in zero hope. It ends up as a huge umbrella covering a disposable BBQ, while Keith and I get wet in heavy rain and wind .. and the two girls sit inside and entertain mother as she holds court. The last BBQ with mum. glad we were able to share it with her extended family... even though she didn't step one foot outside the house ! British summer .... :)
